Morning to you all.

Just thought I would share with you some of the things I have been playing with over the last few days.

I have started a colouring course with a very clever lady called Alyce Keegan from
http://kitandclowder.ning.com.
Check her out on kit and clowder's Facebook page.
Her work is fabulous.
I have started with her Skin and Hair class
and although I am not that good at it I have learnt so much and am improving  my colouring skills.

I had a little play with an old stamp by Sugar Nellie called Daydream Cassie and I have turned her into the two cards below.

She is coloured using Pro markers on smooth card.
The butterfly dies are from Memory box and the heart edging is a Martha Stewart round the page punch.

This one is the same just using different colours.
The sentiment is a stamp from Fiskars Laugh with Me Quotes

The third card is a digi image from Saturated Canary called Tilly.
I think she is so beautiful.

Her wings and skirt are coloured with clear Wink of Stella.
Although you can't see this in the photo it really sparkles in real life.

Good Morning folks.

Today I thought I would share a tag I made for a dear crafty friend of mine.

The theme was
"I do like to be beside the seaside".

I feel it puts us in the mood for the lovely summer months
to come and lifts the 'winter blues'

The stamp I used is Faye Whittaker's "All Our Yesterdays:
The beach is made from fine sandpaper.
The waves were liquid appliqué.
The sea and sky are coloured with Pan Pastels,
everything else is coloured with Promarkers.

Hope you like it.

It's a New Year and my New Year resolution is to blog more.
Let's hope I can keep it up.

As a Christmas pressie for myself I decided to take an on line colouring class and improve my colouring skills.

I was recommended by a friend to give Kit & Clowder online craft and colouring classes a go so I signed up to their Skin and Hair class.

I have started and been practicing and feel I have improved already.
Thought I would share my first finished project.

It is a digi stamp from Sugar Nellie and she is called Bebe.
I just thought she was so beautiful.

I have made the card for my friends new grand daughter that is due next month.
I hope you like her.
